Il 15 settembre 1986, a ridosso di una Darsena ancora giovane, nasceva Be Bop ed insieme ad esso, l’idea che più persone, siano esse onnivore, vegetariane o celiache, possano sedersi intorno allo stesso tavolo e mangiare ognuna secondo le proprie esigenze.
Quell’idea è cresciuta giorno dopo giorno , diventado quello che è ora: un ampio menù variegato e rispettoso di ogni scelta o necessità alimentare, attento alle stagionalità dei prodotti e ricco quanto più possibile di materie prime biologiche certificate.

We carry particular pride for the culture and preparation of our pizzas. We use select flours and let the dough rise slowly and naturally.
