At BeBop, you can try our traditional pizzas, characterized by soft dough with thin edges, made by using only all-natural certified organic ingredients.

We make the dough we use for our traditional pizzas similar to that of bread: by mixing bread wheat flour with water, kneading it extensively and then letting it naturally leaven for as long as it needs. Then we stretch it out into a circle without touching the edges so that they can rise 1 or 2 cm in the oven. The best pizza is moist and soft and not overcooked.

The variations of traditional pizza are marinara, with tomato, garlic, oregano and olive oil, and margherita, made with buffalo mozzarella from Campania. In addition to the traditional ones, you can find a variety of original pizzas at our restaurant, such as zucchini and sausage, speck and brie, porcini mushrooms and gorgonzola, Prague prosciutto and scamorza cheese, hot salami, brie and curry.

Our chefs prepare special pizzas with vegetable and cheese sauces in the place of tomato sauce or light pizzas without mozzarella. Whatever pizza topping you prefer, you will find it at our restaurant, along with a relaxing and friendly environment and a group of people who are passionate about their job and who put the customer and their unique needs before everything else.

All our pizza crusts are made from GM free certified soft white wheat, whole wheat soy and wheat germ, ingredients with high yields of protein, minerals, vitamins and soy lecithin. Slow rising and free of animal fats, our pizza base is thin, crunchy, low calorie, and easy to digest:
