BeBop is the gluten-free pizzeria in Milan, in the unique Navigli area, a short walk from the Duomo cathedral. Our restaurant philosophy is based on freedom and respect for the dietary choices of everyone, whether they derive from one’s culture, lifestyle choices or health restrictions.

The gluten-free pizza that we make is meant for those who suffer from celiac disease, but also for anyone who is looking for a light and digestible pizza that maintains the typical flavor of traditional pizza. In fact, gluten-free pizza is as flavorful and delicious as the traditional one. Only the ingredients change. Instead of bread wheat flour, we use rice flour and cornstarch. The result is dough that’s crunchy on the outside and soft on the inside.

Bebop restaurant is recommended by the AIC, the Italian Celiac Disease Association, which means that if you suffer from high gluten intolerance, our place is just right for you. Our gluten-free pizzas are cooked in a designated oven, far from sources of contamination with traditional flours. You can also choose between more than fifty gluten-free pizzas on our menu.

Our gluten and dairy free pizzas are made with ingredients recognized by the Italian Celiac Association and by DS point. They are produced in a gluten free environment and baked in a separate oven used exclusively for gluten free dishes. To avoid confusion at the table please note the following: the gluten free pizza is standard size whereas the regular pizza is extra-large, the amount of dough however is the same.
Although we do our best we urge gluten intolerant customers (or those with celiac disease) to inform their waiter and PLEASE SPECIFY GLUTEN FREE WHEN ORDERING, as returns are not possible.
