These are only some of the ingredients deriving from certified organic agriculture that our chefs use every day to make healthy and delicious dishes for the traditional menu of BeBop. It is a menu that pulls from the Mediterranean diet, the only one that guarantees wholesomeness and healthiness. Our approach to food is based above all on the consumption of plant-based food, such as grains, bread and pasta, legumes, fruit and vegetables; as well as on a moderate consumption of meat, dairy and fish.
The traditional cuisine of our restaurant goes beyond the simple concept of eating healthy: it is rather a philosophy that, through eating well together, fosters a sense of belonging and exchange between people. It is also an environmentally sustainable dietary regime and, thanks to an awareness of seasonal produce, also supports local traditions and biodiversity. A healthy menu, combined with the oldest Italian tradition makes the traditional menu of BeBop a point of reference for those who love to live well, by themselves and with others.
